Book: Dealing with Worries and Stress

Assalamu Alaikum.

Everybody has problems, absolutely everybody.

The only difference is in how these problems are approached.

Some people just worry and worry and then after that, they worry some more. Eventually, they destroy themselves by worrying too much.

On the other hand, some other people manage to control their anxiety.

How? Well, there are so many different ways. The best way, of course, is the Prophetic way.

Here’s a small but very beneficial book that talks about this issue. I’d advise anyone who hasn’t read it to please do so:
