Website: Quran Tracker
Assalamu Alaikum.
Well, I already mentioned this website on my Haafidh blog but because this is such an awesome website, I thought I’d share it here too.
It’s got some great stuff already and there will be quite a few new features coming soon, insha-Allah.
It’s highly recommended for those that are serious about memorising the Quran.
May Allah reward the creators of this website greatly.
Note: Guess what? If we memorised only one page a day from now on, then by Ramadan, insha-Allah, we’d have memorised one-third of the Quran.

Assalamu alaikum,
Jazaak Allahu khair for posting about QuranTracker on your blog, we pray that it is a beneficial tool for all levels of Quran hifdh students. Please do let us know your feedback after you’ve used the site for a while.

Wa Alaikum Assalam Brother.
Wa iyaak.
Ameen to your dua.
So far the site is very good, masha Allah. I believe you mentioned that you would soon have a service for reminding students about when they fall behind in hifdh so I’m waiting for that, insha-Allah.
Some other things that I could recommend:
1) A way to create a hifdh and revision schedule (think that’s coming, correct?)
2) Adding the Madinan Mushaf and audio to the surahs.
This is my haafidh blog: http://haafidh.wordpress.com/
One of the plans that I had for this blog was a Page by Page Project.
Basically, the idea was to help students memorise a page at a time by putting the Madinan Mushaf page, Mushaf At-Tajweed page, transliteration, word-to-word translation, perhaps a link to the tafseer and the page by page audio (from http://www.versebyversequran.com/site/).
If you like this idea, then rather than starting this project on my blog, I could do that for your website, insha-Allah.
And perhaps you could do this with the hadeeth, duas and mutoon (texts) eventually?
It’s just an idea. Let me know if you are interested, insha-Allah.
Assalamu Alaikum.
Assalamu alaikum,
Jazaak Allahu khair for the feedback and suggestions. Yes we are inshaa Allah hoping to implement some scheduling features with reminders. Page by page is also being considered so is juz by juz.
So are you a developer? Were you planning to develop the Haafidh blog yourself or get it done by someone else?

I’m not a developer although I do have an IT background.
Well, my blog is very basic so I’m not sure why I would need a developer at this stage. Even if it were something advanced, I would try to do it myself, which should not be difficult, insha-Allah, given my background.
BTW could you please give me the URL to your Haafidh blog where you posted about QuranTracker as well?
Jazaak Allahu khairan.
Assalamu alaikum,
OK, I was just wondering if you were a developer yourself since you mentioned that you might be able to help further develop QuranTracker so I was wondering in what capacity you were thinking of helping.

Wa Alaikum Assalam.
Sorry, I should have been clearer.
I meant in terms of the content itself, not any back end issues.
